Walk the Right Way

Father in heaven, You are truly a great and loving God! Thank You so much for all Your wondrous works done in me that truly makes me prosper. 

Today, I humbly ask and claim the abundance of your resources so that I will live in prosperity all the days of my life. Grant us the grace of Your favor to always stay healthy, at peace, and secured. Give me the wisdom and patience to always wait upon You who gives His blessings at the right time and in perfect season. May your word bring much prosperity in everything I do as I surrender my whole being to you my God, Creator and Loving Father. 

In a very special way, I humbly pray and intercede for all your people whose joy and satisfaction comes from worldly desires. May you lift us all up from the pit of sin and embrace us all with your love. 

In faith, I believed that more blessings are forthcoming that will surely lead us to continue enjoying a glorious life with You. In Christ, I rest upon your assurance that we are on the road to prosperity. All good things come in Your own perfect time.

Matthew 3:1-12

1 John the Baptist appeared, preaching in the desert of Judea 2 and saying, “Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand!” 3 It was of him that the prophet Isaiah had spoken when he said: A voice of one crying out in the desert, Prepare the way of the Lord, make straight his paths. 4 John wore clothing made of camel’s hair and had a leather belt around his waist. His food was locusts and wild honey. 5 At that time Jerusalem, all Judea, and the whole region around the Jordan were going out to him 6 and were being baptized by him in the Jordan River as they acknowledged their sins. 7 When he saw many of the Pharisees and Sadducees coming to his baptism, he said to them, “You brood of vipers! Who warned you to flee from the coming wrath? 8 Produce good fruit as evidence of your repentance. 9 And do not presume to say to yourselves, ‘We have Abraham as our father.’ For I tell you, God can raise up children to Abraham from these stones. 10 Even now the ax lies at the root of the trees. Therefore every tree that does not bear good fruit will be cut down and thrown into the fire. 11 I am baptizing you with water, for repentance, but the one who is coming after me is mightier than I. I am not worthy to carry his sandals. He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and fire. 12 His winnowing fan is in his hand. Lord Jesus,

You are the One mightier than all, the giver of Spirit and fire. Cleanse my heart of pride and clutter, make me fruitful in love and mercy. Teach me to repent not in words alone, but in deeds that bear witness to You. As John prepared the way, prepare me this Advent to welcome You fully.

The success of every work or endeavor depends on careful planning and character building. As you progress even more, always stay focus on the word of God that comes to you each day. 

The attainment of your goal completely depends on how you respond to each and every word that the Lord says. This is His way of revealing His vindication so that you will see His steadfast love and faithfulness. Allow the Lord to rule over your life and for sure, He will do amazing and marvelous things that are far beyond your dreams and imaginations.

Distance is never a hindrance for the Lord's kindness and faithfulness towards your house. His salvation is not only seen by those who are near but it reaches even those who are at the ends of the earth.

Works of the Lord brings gladness to your heart. It makes you leap for joy each time His glory comes when you do not expect. It moves your heart to give praise and thanksgiving to the one true God who makes it all possible for you to experience and receive the glory of His riches.

All that is in you and will be coming to you is a grace from God. Nothing is more precious and valuable than this. Such grace stirs up your heart to sing and shout praises to the Lord out of gratitude and thanksgiving. Thank the Lord for His wondrous works!

Lord, each day, You make me progress even more by providing me with highly profitable business transactions to work on. May I be able to progress even more, aspiring to live a tranquil life, minding my own affairs, and working with my own hands. Please continue to embrace us with the warmth and comfort of Your love.

Thank You so much for Your works that continue to prosper us beyond measure. These are not just intended for us but moreover to bring glory to Your Name by way of sharing them with others.

With all humility of heart, I look forward to more progress and development in the days to come as I live with utmost love, gratitude and thanksgiving in Jesus Name. Amen.

Walk in God's Ways

Blessed are those who fear the Lord, 

who walk in his ways! 

For you shall eat the fruit 

of your handiwork; 

blessed shall you be, and favored. 

(Psalm 128 : 1-2)

Father in heaven, You have truly blessed me of having a very loving and caring family. Thank You so much for loving us unconditionally despite our sins. 

It is because of them that I am truly moved to work hard. I wanted to give them a very bright future and a well secured life. This is the reason why I hold tight to You my Lord who is the true giver of all things. May You grant us the glory of living in the glorious home that You will build for us free from any debt. 

In a special way I humbly intercede and pray for all the fathers like me who have found their business partners in the person of their own families. May you bless us all and favor us with our dream and desire to give our families that best of life and prosperous living. May our hearts never fail to understand the truth that work is not about money but it is all about the love for each other. 

As always, I continue to pray for a long and healthy life ahead that is full of peace, prosperity, and abundance. You have always favored our prayers to live gloriously and abundantly all the days of our lives. Thank you so much for blessing us and favoring us to be fruitful and prosperous. Please continue to shower us with Your immense graces and blessings that makes us rich in every way.

Go the Right Way

 "He that offers praise as a sacrifice glorifies me; 

and to him that goes the right way I will show the salvation of God.” 

(Psalm 50:23)

Father in heaven, You alone are worthy of all praise. Be glorified O God for showing me the way that leads to Your salvation.

Today, I humbly offer my sacrifice of praise and thanksgiving for all the great things that You have done and continue to do for me through Jesus Christ, Your only beloved Son, my Lord and Savior. Please accept this offering as a deep expression of my love and gratitude. I live to worship You and give You praise all my days. 

The truth is I can not offer You anything that is not Yours or does not belong to You. Even my whole being belongs to You for You are the one who created me, given me birth, and made me live in this world. Without you, I am nothing. 

Please forgive me for the countless times I have gone astray and got lost along the way. Guide me to go the right way and be upright in all of my day's works and undertakings. Direct my path and grant me the will and determination to walk in accordance with Your purpose so that in all the things that I say and do, You will be praised and glorified.  

At the end of the day, it is not about me but it is all about You my Lord and my God. You alone have made me to be who I am and what I am today. All glory, honor, and praise are Yours now and forever!

Prepare the Way

 

"Prepare the way for the Lord,

 make straight paths for him.

Every valley shall be filled in,

every mountain and hill made low. 

The crooked roads shall become straight, 

the rough ways smooth. 

And all people will see

Walk in the Way of the Lord

Steady Hands

Then came Am'alek and fought with Israel at Reph'idim. (Ex 17:8)

And Moses said to Joshua, "Choose for us men, and go out, fight with Am'alek; tomorrow I will stand on the top of the hill with the rod of God in my hand."So Joshua did as Moses told him, and fought with Am'alek; and Moses, Aaron, and Hur went up to the top of the hill. (Ex 17:9-10)

VICTORY OF GOD'S RIGHT HAND

Who indeed is the victor over the world but the one who believes that Jesus is the Son of God? (1 Jn 5:5) It is Christ Jesus who died, rather, was raised, who also is at the right hand of God, who indeed intercedes for us (Rom 8:34).

They will fight against you, but not prevail over you, for I am with you to deliver you, says the Lord. (Jer 1:19)

Whoever is begotten by God conquers the world. And the victory that conquers the world is our faith (1 Jn 5:4). In all these things we conquer overwhelmingly through Him who loved us. (Rom 8:37)

Vindication through Consistent Prayer

Jesus told them a parable, to the effect that they ought always to pray and not lose heart.

He said, "In a certain city there was a judge who neither feared God nor regarded man; and there was a widow in that city who kept coming to him and saying, `Vindicate me against my adversary.' For a while he refused; but afterward he said to himself, `Though I neither fear God nor regard man, yet because this widow bothers me, I will vindicate her, or she will wear me out by her continual coming.'"

And the Lord said, "Hear what the unrighteous judge says. And will not God vindicate his elect, who cry to him day and night? Will he delay long over them?

In my distress I called upon the Lord and cried out to my God; from his temple he heard my voice, and my cry to him reached his ears (Ps 18:7).

He who vindicates me is near

He who vindicates me is near. Who will contend with me? Let us stand up together. Who is my adversary? Let him come near to me. Behold, the Lord GOD helps me; who will declare me guilty? Behold, all of them will wear out like a garment; the moth will eat them up. (Isaiah 50:8-9)

A year had passed since I went through a painful experience of persecution as a servant of the Lord. During these most trying times, God never abandoned me. He led me to a community of believers outside of my parish so that I can continue offering myself to Him. He has vindicated me against all those who thought ill of me. (April 11, 2011 - 6:56 AM)

Time flies fast but God's Word remain true forever. Almost two years had gone by since I wrote the above reflection. The community where the Lord led me had stood by me and God's help filled me up to the brim. (March 27, 2013 - 7:50 AM)

The Lord GOD has given me the tongue of those who are taught, that I may know how to sustain with a word him that is weary. Morning by morning he wakens, he wakens my ear to hear as those who are taught. (Isaiah 50:4)

Each time I wake up in the morning, it is my Lord God who is at my mind and my heart. I always start my day in the joy and comfort of His presence. He has silenced my heart to be at peace with Him and while I continue to offer Him my praise and thanksgiving. (April 11, 2011 - 6:56 AM)

Be Still and Know that I am God. We have entered the Holy Week and will be having a recollection at the Festival Tent. May this event unleash the power of the Holy Spirit to bring more people closer to the Lord. God will surely vindicate those who will come near Him. (March 27, 2013 - 7:50 AM)

Father in heaven, you are truly great and awesome!

You have always been my defender against those who wishes me harm. You have lifted up my spirit on high, so that I may not be affected by the mischiefs of the world. Instead, You have brought me to a deeper understanding and meaning of life. Service without Love is nothing. During my darkest hour, I have sought to love You even more and because of this love that I have for You, all things turned out for the best in me.

May you forever be praised and glorified for all the good things you have done through Christ Your Son, who lives and reigns with You now and forever. Amen.

BELIEVE THAT JESUS IS THE SON OF GOD

Who indeed is the victor over the world but the one who believes that Jesus is the Son of God?

This is the one who came through water and blood, Jesus Christ, not by water alone, but by water and blood. The Spirit is the one that testifies, and the Spirit is truth. So there are three that testify, the Spirit, the water, and the blood, and the three are of one accord.

If we accept human testimony, the testimony of God is surely greater. 

Now the testimony of God is this, that he has testified on behalf of his Son. Whoever believes in the Son of God has this testimony within himself. Whoever does not believe God has made him a liar by not believing the testimony God has given about his Son.

And this is the testimony: 

God gave us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. Whoever possesses the Son has life; whoever does not possess the Son of God does not have life.

I write these things to you so that you may know that you have eternal life, you who believe in the name of the Son of God.

Be Fortified by the Lord

The soul must give free access to the Lord so that it may be fortified by Him in every repect and with all kinds of weapons; that His light may enlighten it to combat the darkness of error; that it may be clothed with Jesus Christ. To be clothed with Jesus Christ it is necessary to die to oneself. -- Saint Pio of Pietrelcina

What comes from others is something which you can not control but your response to it is what matters to God. On the other hand, what comes from you will surely solicit the same response from others. -- Author

As the Lord said in Luke 6:37, "Judge not, and you will not be judged; condemn not, and you will not be condemned; forgive, and you will be forgiven."

Justice, O Lord, is on your side; we are shamefaced even to this day: because of their treachery toward you. O LORD, we are shamefaced, for having sinned against you (Daniel 9:7-8).

Yours, O Lord, our God, are compassion and forgiveness! Yet we rebelled against you and paid no heed to your command, O LORD, our God, to live by the law you gave us through your servants the prophets (Daniel 9:9-10).

Do not remember against us the iniquities of our forefathers; let thy compassion come speedily to meet us, for we are brought very low (Psalm 79:8).

Let the groans of the prisoners come before thee; according to thy great power preserve those doomed to die! -- Psalm 79:11

Troubles in the World

"In the world you will have trouble, but take courage, I have conquered the world. I have told you this so that you might have peace in me.” -- John 16:33


Lord, now you are talking plainly, and not in any figure of speech. Now we realize that you know everything and that you do not need to have anyone question you. Because of this we believe that you came from God. (John 16:29-30)
